Removal Services
Our business is simple. We offer 'best service, best value' removals services for domestic and commercial moves.
Our operations cover West Wales, Swansea, Cardiff and the Valleys, Newport, Bristol and Bath.
We operate a modern fleet of van-based vehicles, 3.5 tonne trucks, 7.5 tonne lorries and larger lorries.
In most cases, our office will arrange for a site inspection by one of our fully-trained surveyors.
This visit is free of charge and without obligation.
During our site visit, we will make a full assessment of the volume of goods to move, the loading and unloading time and the number of staff required to complete your move within the time scale discussed.
Our visits generally take no longer than 20 minutes and they are without pressure or the 'hard sell'. We will NEVER ask you to sign a contract on site or take any payment details.
Our surveyor will discuss all of the details of your move, including our insurance policies and booking procedures. If there are any outstanding questions following our visit, please do not hesitate to call us.
On the day of your move, we will arrive at an agreed time and commence your move. Please see our removals checklist to ensure that your day moves as smoothly as possible.
If you ordered a packing service from us, we will have already packed and secured your goods for transportation. Please see our **packing service** page for further details.
If you have undertaken to pack your goods yourself, our insurance and usual quality service levels still apply. Your items will be protected using the necessary blankets, straps, furniture protectors and mattress covers.
On arrival at your new property, our staff will commence the unload. They will ask how would like to pay and relay this information to our office (please see payment options for further details). We ask that you are present and free throughout this time to ensure that all items are placed in their correct space. As a rule, our unload time is around half to two thirds of our loading time.
On completion, our staff will ensure that you are completely satisfied with the location of your goods and the service received.
